ORDERING POLICY

Ordering at our SARAKU APP is very convenient. Our online store boasts of a wide variety of food and non-food products. Customers can purchase these products without the involvement of any middlemen. You can do bulk buying by simply adding products to your cart or make individual product transactions by clicking on ‘Order Now’ against each product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping for all orders made through online within our SARAKU APP and all prices are in Indian Rupees inclusive of VAT. After your order or payment confirmation, we will ship your products within 24 to 48 hours.  If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.

DELIVERY TIME

Normally you will get the product on the next 24 to 48 Hours from the purchase date. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

DELIVERY FEES

SARAKU APP free delivery for orders over a certain value. For orders below this value, a delivery fee will be charged, which is calculated based on the Location, weight, and size of the items being shipped.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

SARAKU APP offer shipping to most locations within our Puducherry State, with a few exceptions where we may not be able to deliver due to logistical or legal restrictions. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team.



DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

SARAKU APP aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the availability of the product, your location, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical issues.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. You can access this information through SARAKU BUYER APP.

RETURNS &  REFUNDS:

We offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy for any items that are damaged or defective. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return and refund process.
