Refund Policy


As such all orders and services purchases through Saraku App cannot be returned except for restaurant flaws.

Cancellation of Order

SARAKU APP reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for restaurants and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available. 

This is enforceable irrespective of order confirmation or payment confirmation. In such events if the payment has been processed by SARAKU APP the amount will be refunded via the same mode of original payment and user will be notified of the same with a reasonable mode of communication. 

After placing an order SARAKU APP will not entertain any user request for order cancellations.


The title and the risk of the orders shall pass onto you upon Saraku App (via our delivery personal) delivering the orders to you and you accepting the orders. 

Every care shall be taken to deliver the orders to the intended recipient. But Saraku App shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the order based on the address given by the User or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of orders. Saraku App will only process the order after the payment has been processed in case of ‘Online Payment’ or ‘Saraku app Prepaid Account’. 

Saraku App will try to deliver the order (via our delivery personal) as per the order submitted by the user, but it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate order for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. 

The user does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of  ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘Card on Delivery’ payments options.


A.  The user  shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances: 

1.    The  order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery; 

2. The user cancels the order due to: 

    1. Your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
    2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
    3. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking, or 
    4. Where the user cancels the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking. 

B) The decision on refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Food Delivery Platform and shall be final and binding.

 C) All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.



 In case of payment at the time of delivery, the user shall not be required to pay for:

  1. Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us;
  2. Wrong order being delivered; or 
  3. Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

SORRY… we generally DO NOT entertain any Order Cancellations – because once the order is placed on the Restaurant  – the Restaurants generally DO NOT entertain cancellation of orders.

However, in case you request us for an Order Cancellation prior to the order being placed on the Restaurant – then the cancellation of the order is up to the discretion of Saraku App In case of Delivery of Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT… 

Saraku App adheres to a very high standard of Quality of Services – and is very STRICT in terms of achieving a very high level of Customer Satisfaction. Hence, in case of an Order being LATE or BAD or INCORRECT – wing to a process related issue of Saraku App – we generally DO NOT charge the customer for the order… but, this is totally up to the discretion of Saraku App
